The flavours
The Relais offer for guests a “gastronomic tour” in which original and fantasy recipes are blended by our prestigious and capable cooks who are interpreting the “poor” cooking of the renaissance peasants.
It is a journey to discover things like crostini’s (small pieces of toast with a variety of toppings) toasted Tuscan bread also with various toppings, “Aqua cotta”, ”Ribollita”, black Tuscan cabbage soup, coaled steaks from the famous “Chianina”, refined risottos with high quality meat, compositions of vegetables and irresistible desserts.
You can sample these culinary delights in our restaurant.
